Dated Brent averaged $79.50 per barrel in 2010 an increase of 29% from 2009
Other benchmark crudes registered similar declines. OPEC production restraint helped to push prices higher late in the year, with prices reaching a peak near $94 at year-end.
The key crudes quoted are Brent, West Texas Intermediate (WTI), Nigerian Focados and Dubai in US$ per barrel.
